[摘要]诚信是寿险业的立业之本和生存发展的基础。和谐社会目标的实现、市场形势的变化、寿险业的持续发展都需要寿险企业加强诚信建设。目前,寿险企业在诚信方面的主要问题是寿险供给者的诚信缺失和寿险代理人的诚信缺失。其根源是寿险市场交易主体之间的信息不对称、个人寿险代理制的销售误导、社会诚信系统建设滞后的影响。加强寿险企业诚信建设不仅要从企业自身内部着手加强诚信管理,还要从企业外部采取一系列的配套措施加以支持。 [关键词]诚信建设;内部管理;外部措施;惩戒制度;资信评级 [中图分类号]F840.32[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1004-3306(2007)11-0076-03 Abstract:Credibility is the basis of development and survival for life insurers. Creation of a harmonious society, change of market situations and continuous development of the life insurance industry all require life insurers to strengthen credibility construction. Currently, the major problems regarding insurers′ credibility is loss of credibility by life insurance providers and that of life insurance agents. And the root to this problem is information asymmetry between different parties in the life insurance market, misrepresentation by insurance agents and laggard development of the social credibility system. Strengthening the industry′s credibility, we should not only enhance credibility management by life insurers, but also take corresponding measures from outside.
