[摘要]保险公司的经营特性决定了其最主要成本源自对客户的赔款支出,因此,客户风险管理是保险公司成本管理的重心。目前,保险企业普遍存在客户风险管理不完善;风险防范意识淡薄;业务销售部门和业务管理部门“责、权、利”不明;缺乏科学的客户风险管理体系等问题。客户风险管理需要各部门在风险识别、风险评估、风险控制等环节紧密配合,力求减少发生损失的可能性和发生损失的程度。 [关键词]客户风险管理;风险防范;风险识别;风险评估;风险控制 [中图分类号] F840.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2007)03-0052-02 Abstract: The characteristics of insurance operation determine that insurer’s most important cost item is payment to its clients, therefore client risk management is the center of cost management to it. Currently, problems such as inadequate client risk management, weak risk consciousness, undefined “responsibility, rights and interests” between sales function and business management function, and lack of scientific client risk management system are prevalent in the industry. To properly manage client risks, all departments should cooperate closely on risk identification, risk appraisal and risk control to reduce the occurrence of losses or the level of loss to the largest extent.
