[摘要]为适应保险监管工作信息化的要求,中国保监会设计研发了保险现场稽核系统,在理论和实践两个方面逐步改变传统的保险现场检查思维和行为方式,扩大了现场检查信息搜索的覆盖范围,提高了保险现场检查工作效率,降低了监管工作人力资源成本。但稽核系统在使用过程中也存在省分公司提供数据不规范影响数据导入,稽核系统接口程序运行效率有待提高,稽核系统使用功能设计需要改进提高,稽核系统部分数据字典容易产生歧义等问题。为此,必须进一步完善稽核系统设计,如:修改公司数据接口程序,提高导入数据质量;完成稽核系统升级改造,增加使用功能作用;完善自主查询使用功能,设置下拉制式菜单;扩大稽核系统应用范围,提高监管工作效能。 [关键词]监管工作信息化;稽核系统;数据接口程序;自主查询使用功能 [中图分类号] F840.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)12-0064-02 Abstract: To suit the informationization trend of insurance regulation work, CIRC designed an onsite auditing system which is to change the traditional onsite auditing method and concept both theoretically and practically. It expands the scale of coverage for information search on the spot, improves efficiency, and reduces human cost of this function. However, in the applications of the system, data provided by some provincial branches is nonstandard, which affects data input. Furthermore, the efficiency of the auditing system interface program should be increased, functions of it should be improved, and some data dictionary of this system is ambiguous. Therefore, we should continue to improve on this system: change the program of interface to company data system to improve quality of data input, upgrade the auditing system to increase its functions, improve its independent search function by installing a pulldown menu, and expand the application scope of the system to enhance regulation performance.
