However, recent external and internal development has challenged group insurance channel from multiple aspects such as regulatory policy, market demands, market competition, and consolidation and transformation, therefore selfindependent innovation is inevitable to meet these challenges. Work site distribution is an important option for group insurance innovation, and an inherent requirement of the company for further development as well.
