[摘要]保险公司的经营中由于缺乏明确的战略,产品贪大求全,难以集中使用资源,产品销售未能实现专业化等因素,都在影响着产品销售的广度、客户服务的满意度以及管理的深度。对于财产险公司的主要产品按类分析有利于认清产品各自的专业属性和对特定资源的要求,从而避免盲目经营。因此保险公司首先需要面对当前的市场和自身资源状况对所经营的产品重点有所取舍;其次,应围绕经营定位有效地组织资源,搭建产品的营销平台。 [关键词]产品特性;配套资源;影响因素;营销平台 [中图分类号] F840.65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)08-0025-03 Abstract: Due to the lack of clear strategy and an inappropriately broad product range, insurance companies are unable to centralize their resources in operation and are far from being specialized in sales. This phenomenon affects their scope of sales, the degree of customer satisfaction and the depth that business management can reach. Therefore, the author suggests that insurance companies should firstly decide on their product focus after a clear study of the technical features of different products and their resources requirements. Secondly, they should organize their resources to build a product distribution platform according to their operational positioning.
