[摘要]深圳地区作为我国改革开放的前沿阵地, 由于经济发展水平和居民消费观念与国内其他地区有显著差异,商业健康保险市场呈现出了极其明显的地区特征,如客户需求旺盛,对服务要求较高;外来劳务工形成了巨大市场空间;市区医疗网络比较成熟,有利于搭建健康管理服务网络;地区发展不均衡,关内关外市场差异较大。要推动深圳地区商业健康保险市场的发展,必须大胆进行营销渠道创新;注重产品设计和开发;丰富服务内容,提高服务质量;通过有效的促销方式快速占领市场,形成先入优势;针对不同目标客户群、不同产品、不同市场定位进行区别定价。 [关键词]健康保险;市场特征;客户需求;服务网络;营销渠道;产品开发 [中图分类号] F840.62 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)07-0082-03 Abstract: Shenzhen, as the foreground of China’s reform and openingup policy, has cultivated a commercial health insurance market with its own distinct characteristics due to the marked differences of its economic development level and consumer concepts with other places of China. In Shenzhen, consumption is more robust with a stronger emphasis on service quality; there is a large number of mobile workers who has formed a huge market itself; the medical service network in city proper is better developed, facilitating the establishment of the health management service network; and economic development is uneven geographically. To continue to promote commercial health insurance development in Shenzhen, we must further innovate distribution channels, stressing product development, service diversification and service quality, using effective promotion campaigns to achieve the firstmover effect, and differentiating pricing to different target consumer groups, for different products and different market segments.
