[摘要]组织结构是保险企业经营活动的运行载体,在保险企业经营中有独特的地位和作用,是企业动力机制的组织保障。保险企业组织结构调整中存在着理论偏颇,有的经营决策层急功近利、政治素质能力有限等问题。随着保险企业改革的不断深化,企业内部组织结构调整的力度也应该不断加大。应该树立科学发展观,将保险企业组织结构调整与公司运行机制改革联系起来,深化对保险公司组织结构调整的理性认识,科学合理的确定组织结构模式,实现保险公司组织结构的优化配置,实现公司的最大效益。 [关键词]组织结构;科学发展观;优化配置 [中图分类号] F840.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)07-0021-03 Abstract: Organizational structure is the carrier of operational activities of insurance enterprises, therefore it plays a unique role in the latter’s operation and is an organizational guarantee of the engine mechanism. There is a theoretical bias regarding organizational restructuring of insurance enterprises. Some decisionmakers are myopic or lack of political sensitivity. With the deepening reform of insurance enterprises, their organization should also be restructured more vehemently. We should establish a scientific concept of development, and coordinate organizational restructuring with operational mechanism reform, have an indepth understanding of the rationale of organizational restructuring and decide on the organizational model scientifically in order to create an optimized structure and maximize operational efficiency of the enterprise.
