[摘要]在我国寿险市场高速发展的同时,正面临着严重的人才危机。现有保险人力资源问题与缺陷是:人员总量不足,人员结构失衡,人员流失严重。其原因是:全民教育普及率不高,整体社会保险培训能力不强,保险理念薄弱;保险公司在人才培训方面投入度不高,关注点有失偏颇;人才培训体系的结构不尽合理。为此,必须建立适合我国寿险业发展的保险从业人员招募、培养、使用的良性机制。在人员招募上要抓纲治本,在人员培训上要建立长效、制式的培训机制;在人才使用上要人尽其才。只有实现“招募—培训—使用”良性循环,才能改变我国寿险行业人力资源发展与管理的各种问题,从根本上解决寿险业永续发展的原动力。 [关键词]人力资源;人员总量;人员结构;人员流失;人员培训;人才使用 [中图分类号] F840.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)03-0087-02 Abstract: With the highspeed development of insurance market, China is facing with a serious shortage of insurance talents. The current human resources problems for the insurance industry are: overall shortage of insurance practitioners, unbalanced human resource structure and grave attrition. These problems are attributable to relatively low education coverage of the whole population, insufficient training capacity on insurance knowledge, weak insurance concepts, insufficient training inputs by insurance companies, misdirected attention, and improper structure of the training system, etc. Therefore we must establish a selfsustaining mechanism for recruiting, training and usage of insurance practitioners in compliance with life insurance industry’s development in China. We should focus on solving the fundamental problem in recruiting, establishing a longterm structured training mechanism and helping employees fully display their talent. Only by realizing a selfsustaining cycle of recruitingtrainingusage, can we solve various problems in human resources development and management in China’s life insurance sector, and fundamentally guarantee the driving force for constant development of the life insurance industry.
