[摘要]良质保单是寿险永续经营的基础,是使寿险业务经营良性循环的关键。良质保单就是能切实给客户带来他所需要的保障、易于服务、不存在误导的保险契约。只有努力提高承保质量、改善契约品质,使寿险契约成为良质保单,才能使寿险行业的经营走上良性循环之路。寿险公司承保的业务契约品质是否优良,取决于营销人员的展业行为是否规范;营销人员的展业行为是否规范,则取决于寿险公司的教育、培训及管理。为此,寿险公司应加强对营销队伍进行职业道德教育与契约品质重要性的教育;加强对营销队伍的专业知识培训;针对极个别品质不良人员的故意误导及违规行为,加大管理力度。 [关键词]业务管理;良质保单;核保核赔;拒付率;赔付率;永续经营 [中图分类号] F840.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)03-0042-03 Abstract: Quality polices are foundation of the constant operation of life insurance, and are the key to favorable business cycles. Quality policies are contracts that provide suitable protection to clients, easy to serve and having no misrepresentation. Only by turning life insurance contracts into quality polices through arduously improving the quality of underwriting and contracts quality can operation of life insurance embarks on a favorable business cycle. Whether contracts written by life insurance companies are quality or not depends on whether business prospecting activities of insurance agents are standardized. Whether business prospecting activities of insurance agents are standardized or not depends on education, training and management of life insurance companies. Therefore, life insurance companies should strengthen ethic education to agents and education about the importance of quality policies. They should also enhance special expertise training and tighten up management on specific cases of intentional misrepresentation and irregular activities.
