[摘要]营销是现代寿险业发展的重要支撑,而有效增员是保证营销目的实现的关键。但目前“增员难”、“留存低”的问题已经十分突出,成为制约寿险营销发展的瓶颈。增员与留存难的原因是:职业选择的社会价值不断降低;制度缺陷导致职业荣誉感和归属感的缺失;市场环境对增员和留存的影响日益加深;保险公司粗放式经营对增员和留存影响较大。破解增员难的路径是:转变观念,实现由外延式扩张到内涵式发展的转化;完善制度保障,增强职业社会价值;加强行业基础性建设,营造良好的职业空间;加强监管,优化职业发展环境。 [关键词]寿险营销;有效增员;留存;市场环境;经营管理;制度保障;职业空间 [中图分类号] F840.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)03-0031-03 Abstract: Agent distribution is an important pillar for the development of the modern life insurance industry and effective agent recruiting is critical to achievement of the sales target. At the moment, the prominent problems of “recruiting difficulty” and “low retention” have become a bottleneck to further development of the agent distribution system of life insurance. The reasons for recruiting difficulty and low retention are that: social value of this professional option is declining, policy deficiency has resulted in loss of professional pride and the sense of belonging, social influence on recruiting and retention is increasing, and extensive operational method of insurance companies also affects agent recruiting and retaining. The methods to crack this difficulty are: transforming from an extensive expansion to an intensive development through conceptual change, enhancing social value of this profession by improving standardized security benefit system, creating attractive career development space by enhancing infrastructure construction of the industry and improving career development environment by strengthening regulation.
