[摘要]我国养老保险制度中的性别利益问题已经浮出水面。养老社会保险制度设计关系到不同社会机构、不同社会群体的权益关系,设计一种科学合理公平的养老社会保险制度是一件比较复杂的工作。就男女两性的权益而言,养老社会保险制度设计会遇到养老金在男女两性间的再分配应遵循的原则,男女退休资格条件,男女退休年龄,退休金与工龄、年龄、缴费年限等其他条件挂钩等问题。 [关键词]养老保险;制度设计;性别利益;养老金 [中图分类号] F840.67 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2005)12-0037-02 Abstract: The issue of genderdefined benefit in our pension system has emerged today.The social pension insurance system is related to interests of different social organization and social groups.It is a complicated task to design a social pension system that is reasonable and scientific.The issue of genderdefined benefit in the design of the social pension system refers to the principle of benefit redistribution between male and female,retirement qualification and retirement age of male and female,relationship between pension benefit and seniority,age,term of premium payment and other conditions.
